If you tell DHL to drop the package on your front door and DHL correctly delivers it to your front door, we can't compensate you for anything lost.
EOTD will not accept any return of contact lenses for hygienic reasons.
However, if you received a wrong/defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days after reception of the package with pictures showing the issue clearly, so we can assist you.
If you can't prove the defect of the product with the picture, but you still have an issue with the product, please send us pictures of half-cutted contact lenses.
This process is for ensuring your safety, to prevent re-using problematic products.
After we check the defects and the process above, you may receive a replacement or a refund.
All contact lenses are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
You may cancel your order within 6 hours after payment, however if the order is already shipped, the cancellation may not be accepted.
