Front Door Delivery: DHL packages are sent with signature required. If you opt for non-contact delivery and DHL delivers to your front door as instructed, we cannot compensate for any losses.

Return

Hygiene Policy: We do not accept returns of contact lenses for hygiene reasons.
Wrong/Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the package with clear pictures of the issue. We'll assist you.
Defect Verification: If you can't prove the defect with pictures, send us pictures of the cut contact lens for safety reasons.
Resolution: After verifying defects, you may receive a replacement or refund.
Final Sale: All contact lenses are final sale due to hygiene considerations.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation: You can cancel within 6 hours of payment, after that it may not be possible depending on the preparation status of your order.

Surprisingly natural looking!

This is my first time wearing colored contacts and I was surprised by how comfortable they felt. They are natural looking, appearing hazel-dark green on my eyes and green on a bright sunny day. I asked 50 people how they looked on me and most of them said that if they didn't know me, they would think that this ismy real eye color. Very impressed by my first purchase.
