Late Arrival: If your package doesn't arrive within 12 business days from shipment, please contact us.
Exclusions: Shipping not available to PO Boxes. Currently unavailable in South Korea, Germany, India, Brazil, Romania, Iran, Italy, Egypt, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Russia, and Brunei.
Customs & Taxes:
- Spain: Customs may charge up to 50% of the total order value for taxes.
- EU countries may also charge taxes on your order. Contact your local customs for estimates.
Front Door Delivery: DHL packages are sent with signature required. If you opt for non-contact delivery and DHL delivers to your front door as instructed, we cannot compensate for any losses.

Return

Hygiene Policy: We do not accept returns of contact lenses for hygiene reasons.
Wrong/Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the package with clear pictures of the issue. We'll assist you.
Defect Verification: If you can't prove the defect with pictures, send us pictures of the cut contact lens for safety reasons.
Resolution: After verifying defects, you may receive a replacement or refund.
Final Sale: All contact lenses are final sale due to hygiene considerations.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation: You can cancel within 6 hours of payment, after that it may not be possible depending on the preparation status of your order.

So pretty.

I’m so addicted. I wear these like everyday. It’s such a cute colour and it compliments my face very well. (I’m Asian and I have very pale skin) Would recommend getting these!
