Wrong/Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the package with clear pictures of the issue. We'll assist you.
Defect Verification: If you can't prove the defect with pictures, send us pictures of the cut contact lens for safety reasons.
Resolution: After verifying defects, you may receive a replacement or refund.
Final Sale: All contact lenses are final sale due to hygiene considerations.

These ones look really natural on my eyes! I'm mixed Asian, Viet, Chinese, and Indian so I'm kind of tan. Certain angles it makes my eyes either look really blue or grey or even sometimes my original eye color (dark brown), I guess it also depends on what I'm wearing and the lighting you'll be in. I would definitely order these again. They're very comfortable and I cant even feel them on my eyes.
