- Processing Time: Parcels typically ship within 1-4 business days after payment.

- Late Arrival: If your package doesn't arrive within 12 business days from shipment, please contact us.
- Exclusions: Shipping not available to PO Boxes. Currently unavailable in South Korea, Germany, India, Brazil, Romania, Iran, Italy, Egypt, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Russia, and Brunei.
- Customs & Taxes:

- Front Door Delivery: DHL packages are sent with signature required. If you opt for non-contact delivery and DHL delivers to your front door as instructed, we cannot compensate for any losses.
Return

- Resolution: After verifying defects, you may receive a replacement or refund.
