Front Door Delivery: DHL packages are sent with signature required. If you opt for non-contact delivery and DHL delivers to your front door as instructed, we cannot compensate for any losses.

Return

Hygiene Policy: We do not accept returns of contact lenses for hygiene reasons.
Wrong/Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the package with clear pictures of the issue. We'll assist you.
Defect Verification: If you can't prove the defect with pictures, send us pictures of the cut contact lens for safety reasons.
Resolution: After verifying defects, you may receive a replacement or refund.
Final Sale: All contact lenses are final sale due to hygiene considerations.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation: You can cancel within 6 hours of payment, after that it may not be possible depending on the preparation status of your order.

Subtle and Pretty!!

These contacts are comfy and look seamless on the eye. I used to wear very “out there” grey contacts and once I got my hands on these they were amazing! I love these, i tried out many contacts before and these are my favorite. Again, very subtle and beautiful. Definitely recommend if you like grey eyes that aren’t too bright.
