Refund policy
At EOTD, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety. For this reason, all contact lenses are final sale and cannot be returned.
If You Received a Wrong or Defective Item
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days (for incorrect items) or 14 days (for defective items) after receiving your package.
- Provide clear pictures showing the issue so we can assess the problem and assist you promptly.
- Open all lens package boxes upon receiving your parcel and inspect the unopened blister packs for any visible defects.
- Do not open the blisters until you confirm the lenses are intact. Once the blister pack is opened, we will not be able to proceed with any reimbursement.
- If the defect is not clearly visible in pictures, but you experience an issue with the lenses, you must provide pictures of the lenses cut in half. This process ensures safety and prevents the reuse of problematic products.
Once we confirm the defect, we will process either a replacement or a refund accordingly.
Important Notes on Refund Eligibility
- If you return contact lenses without prior approval, they will not be processed by our return team and will be discarded with no refund.
- Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for cases such as:
- The color appearing different than expected
- Lenses looking too big or too small on your eyes
- Discomfort due to dryness or personal eye condition
- Slight blurriness or minor movement of lenses
- Change of mind after purchase
Please keep in mind that individual eye conditions, such as light transmissivity, reflectance, and iris color, may affect how lenses appear and feel.
Order Cancellation Policy
If your order has not been processed, you can edit your shipping information and cancel it yourself: Log in → My Account → Orders → “Cancel / Edit” (if available)
Once your order is canceled, the refund will be processed right away. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect in your account.
If your order is already being processed, you will see: “This order cannot be edited.” In this case, please contact us immediately at info@myeotd.com.
While we will do our best to assist, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is being prepared for shipment.

- Customers are responsible for verifying shipping address, prescription power, and product selection before checkout.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Refunds or replacements are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent due to our error.
