Shipping rates & delivery times

To the United States

  • Orders under $60$4.99 USD (5-15 business days)

  • Orders $60 and overFREE! (5-15 business days)

Rest of the world 🌍

  • Orders under $40$11.99 USD (2-7 business days)

Middle East 🚨 Due to ongoing regional risks, a temporary carrier surcharge applies. Shipping is currently $50 USD for orders under $100 USD. Please note that free shipping for first orders is not available at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

🚨️ Important Notice for US Customers: Customs inspections for e-commerce shipments in the U.S. have recently increased, resulting in more frequent checks. As a result, our delivery time to the U.S. has been updated as follows:

  • 5–15 business days (typical)
  • Up to 30 days if selected for customs inspection

After your USPS tracking number is assigned and the status shows “Ready for onboard,” please note that tracking updates will not appear while is still undergoing customs clearance. Even though the package has arrived in the US, no updates will be available until it is released.Once your shipment clears customs, tracking updates will resume.We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

 


Order processing time 

Orders placed before 5 PM PDT are processed same-day (Mon-Fri). Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.

We want to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please be aware that each brand has its own processing time— Here’s a quick guide:

🚚 Standard — ships within 1-6 business days

🛒 Pre-order — may take up to 3 weeks to be restocked

🚨 Notice: Shipping to the Middle East is temporarily suspended due to a significant increase in shipping fees caused by elevated risks in the region. As a result, we are unable to offer service to this region at this time.

 


Delivery guidelines 

🚫 No PO Boxes, Uni BOX, CMC or shared addresses. Please use a secure and valid shipping address to avoid delivery issues!

Note: If your carrier is DABONEA, once the package reaches your country, it will be handed over to USPS (U.S. orders) or a local carrier (varies by country). You can track your order using the local carrier tracking number shown in red at the top right corner of your order page.

 


Customs & import fees

Destination countries may levy taxes or require a TAX ID and additional documentation for your purchased goods, and the recipient is responsible for both. Myeotd is not responsible for unpaid customs fees and will not provide refunds for orders returned due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

Customs duties and taxes are collected and processed directly by the destination country’s customs authority. Once paid, these charges are non-refundable, and we’re unable to issue refunds or gift cards for them.

📦 U.S. Customers –  As of Aug 29 2025, US orders are subject to tariffs. These customs fees are collected directly at checkout. 

📦 E.U. Customer – EU orders are subject to customs fees. The customer is responsible for these upon delivery.

International shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities when required. As these processes are handled entirely by local customs, we’re unfortunately unable to take responsibility for any delays or provide refunds for delays caused by customs inspections.

 


What if my package is delayed?

We work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, but sometimes hiccups happen! If your package is taking longer than expected:
✔️ Please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. If the carrier cannot locate your order, contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue.
✔️ If customs or local courier delays occur, we appreciate your patience ❤️

 

🚨 Myeotd is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, failure to pickup package on time etc. If the package cannot be delivered due to the customer's inaction or error, the order cannot be refunded but the customer can choose between a Gift Card refund or have the order resent. Only one replacement can be offered per failed delivery.
