Orders placed before 5 PM PDT are processed same-day (Mon-Fri)! Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.

What if my package is delayed?
We work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, but sometimes hiccups happen! If your package is taking longer than expected:
✔️ Please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. If the carrier cannot locate your order, contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue.
✔️ If customs or local courier delays occur, we appreciate your patience!
🚨 Myeotd is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, failure to pickup package on time etc. If the package cannot be delivered due to the customer's inaction or error, the order cannot be refunded but the customer can choose between a Gift Card refund or have the order resent, free of charge. Only one replacement can be offered per failed delivery.

- Diameter(DIA): A total diameter of a lens which contains transparent part of the lens.
- Graphic Diameter(G.DIA): A diameter of graphic part of a lens.
- Base Curve(BC): The radius of the back of the contact lens, the part that sits on your eye. People's average BC is normally 8.5~8.7mm, and +-0.3mm difference may not be an issue. If you wear unfit lenses to your eyes, the lenses can be easily moved on your eyes and may scratch your eyes. Therefore, choosing appropriate BC of lenses will be very important.
- Expiration date: The final date you should open the vessel and use lenses before. If the lens you purchased does not exceed the date, it will be fine to open and use.
- Manufacturing date: The date lenses were manufactured.
- Frequency: Usage length from vessel opened date. Regardless of how many times you used lenses from opened date, you must dispose of them when it exceed its frequency. Frequency is decided by its water content and material.
- Quantity: Unit pieces of lenses in 1 package. (e.g. 2pcs in 1 pack for 1month products)


- Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them before and after handling your colored contacts.
- Use only your fingertips to handle the colored contacts to prevent damage.
- Never put on your eye a lens with sign of tear.
- Only use contact lens solution to rinse the lenses.
- Always remember to clean, rinse and disinfect your lenses with multipurpose solution after you remove them from your eyes. This will avoid discomfort and possibly infection.
- To avoid discomfort, apply make-up only after putting your lenses on.
- Do not wear lenses while swimming or sleeping.
- It is not recommended to wear the lenses for more than 6 hours at a time.
- Remove the lenses at the first sign of any discomfort or redness.
- Consult a doctor at the first sign of any pain or infection.
- Check the edge of the lenses as below.

- Fold it with your fingers and if it is unnaturally folded, it is upside-down.
There are differences between people, but average diameter of people’s iris is 11~12mm. Graphic diameter(G.DIA) is developed by considering people’s eye movement and beauty effect that makes their eyes bigger and clear.
So based on the average diameter of iris, 1) G.DIA 12.8mm~13.4mm appear natural 2) G.DIA 13.5mm~14.0mm appear somewhat noticeable 3) G.DIA bigger than 14.0mm appear very noticeable *The above data is provided only as a reference, the ideal G.DIA depends on one’s iris diameter.
